- To aid and advise the School President
in all matters concerning the affairs of the school.
- To act on behalf of the full board when
immediate action is necessary in the interim between
regular Board meetings.
- To assess the performance of the School
President on an annual basis.
- To assess the performance of the Board,
and its members, on a semi-annual basis.
- To formulate the agenda for each Board
meeting.
- To suggest Board meeting dates and monitor
the Board's calendar.
