Home Previous Page   Executive Committee     Members: Mary Kay Miller (Chair)   Bob Goldsmith (Vice Chair)   Ravi Nath   Bill Behrendt               Purpose: To provide overall leadership and coordination of Board of Director functions and responsibilities and act as a liaison between the school administration and the Board.   Responsibilities: To aid and advise the School President in all matters concerning the affairs of the school. To act on behalf of the full board when immediate action is necessary in the interim between regular Board meetings. To assess the performance of the School President on an annual basis. To assess the performance of the Board, and its members, on a semi-annual basis. To formulate the agenda for each Board meeting. To suggest Board meeting dates and monitor the Board's calendar.
