| Abbot Raphael Walsh O.S.B. was re-appointed President of
Mount Michael Benedictine School on May 16, 2003. He previously served
as president of St. John Seminary, when in became Mount Michael Benedictine
in 1970 he served in the same capacity until 1989.

Primary and high school in St. Louis, Mo.
College and Theology at Conception Seminary in Missouri
Graduate work at the University of Notre Dame
Vision and Mission:
- Maintain the Benedictine tradition of high academic excellence and
character formation for our students.
- Cultivate and develop a shared vision for Mount Michael Benedictine
School between the Benedictine Community, the faculty, staff and the
Board of Trustees.
- Maintain open communications between the Benedictine Community,
the faculty, staff and Board of Trustees.
- Cultivate a spirit of encouragement and affirmation between all involved
in the operation of Mount Michael High School.
- Work closely with the Principal who is the education and discipline
leader of the school and the main contact with students, parents and
faculty and staff.
