 One of our newest staff members this year is Dr. Charlie Collins.
Dr. Collins graduated from Mount Michael in the class of 1985. He
has two brothers who have also graduated from Mount Michael, Mike
Collins (1996), and Andy Collins (2001). Collins is married with
five kids. Collins graduated from the college of William & Mary
where he got his bachelors degree in Physics. Collins also attended
MIT where he got his PhD. He teaches College Algebra here at the
Mount and is also the Recruitment Director. Before teaching here
at Mount Michael, Collins worked for a software company as a Marketing
Analyst.
Collins says his teaching here at Mount Michael has been great. He
had a great experience as a student and would like to continue that
experience as both a teacher and the recruitment director. Collins
also said he likes the curriculum offered today compared to the curriculum
when he went to school here. Collins said he likes the A.P. courses
and the electives offered today. Collins said he has had an enjoyable
experience so far and is optimistic that Mount Michael will provide
