Mount
Michael hosted this years spring Choir and Strings Concert on Wednesday,
April 14 in the Armory. The evening began with a solo. Freshman Kyle
Svingen performing Fiocco’s Allegro on his violin. This was followed
by the choir, Which performed “Another Open of Another Show”, “All
Things Bright and Beautiful” and “Sing Ye Joyfully” before
the strings came back on stage.
This time it was a violin duet featuring Addison
Killeen and Kyle Svingenon. This dynamic duo performed the first
movement from "Concerto in D-Minor” by Bach. When the
duet had finished they were joined by Zach Pluhacek. This threesome
performed
the last piece of the evening which was Trio #1in D Major by Haspiel.
This concluded
the evening's program. Afterwards the performers and the guests who
came to hear them enjoyed cookies and punch which were provided
by
the
kitchen.
