Knights Place 1st at UNL Math Day

     At the 2005 University of Nebraska-Lincoln Math Day, Mount Michael's Math Team earned 1st place honors in Class C. Their team score of 74 was the best team score in Class B and D as well. Only six Class A schools had higher team results.

     There were more than 1,300 top Math students from over 100 Nebraska Schools attending the Math Day. Special congratulations go out to Jeff Kucirek, Chan Hoon Park, Evan Freilich and Sam Lathrop, their individual scores placed them in the top fifty of all participanting students.
