Mount Michael Hires Former MLB Player as Legion Baseball Coach

Mount Michael’s summer legion baseball program is very fortunate to welcome Brady Borner. Borner brings a very rich baseball background to Mount Michael. Before coming to Mount Michael Borner pitched six seasons in the Pittsburgh Pirate Organization. Borner was a 31st round draft pick of the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2001, Nebraska’s Male Athlete of the Year in 2001, the all time career leader in wins and strike outs at Wayne State College and named to the Eastern League All Star team in 2005. The Knights are excited to have Coach Borner and look forward to a fun, competitive legion baseball season this summer.
