This
fall’s concert featured the choir, band, strings,
and soloists. First to perform were the strings, who played “Carpe
Diem by Richard Meyer”, next was a piano solo by Jeong
Woo Lee playing the “3rd movement of Beethoven’s
17th Piano concerto”. The choir entertained the audience
with three pieces, “Climbin’ Up the Mountain” by
Spevacek, “Blessing” by Althouse, and an “Irving
Berlin Medley”. The next soloist was violinist Ryne
Bessemer who performed “Praeludium & Allegro” by
Kreisler. The concert wrapped up with the Mount Michael Band
playing “Blues March”, “It had to be You”,
and the Theme from the movie “Patton”. Afterwards
everyone enjoyed a reception with punch and cookies.
