A Night Shared With Grandparents

Every October Mount Michael’s students have the privilege of inviting their grandparents out for a social and tour. Everyone gathered in the gymnasium at 6:30 for an introductory presentation and a performance of a Cole Porter Medley by the Mount Michael Benedictine Choir & Strings.

After the entertainment, refreshments were offered in the Student Union, and grandson’s escorted their grandparents on a tour of the school. Classrooms, library, labs, dining room, and dorms were all open for viewing. Student rooms were about as clean as they will be all year!

The evening concluded with Night Prayer led by the monastic community.

It was a memorable evening to be cherished by all in attendance.
