The Mount Graced with New Computers
Greeting the students & staff when school opens are 41 new computers located in the lab and library. They were provided to the Mount through a grant from "The Commonweal Foundation" and a matching gift from an alumnus and his wife.

The new machines were assembled by "Infinet" which is Mount Michael's technical support provider.

The gift and grant also provided white boards in the chemistry and physics classrooms, eight project centers in the chemistry classroom, and a boom box for the Foreign Language department.

What's being done with the computers that were in the lab & library?

They are going in all the classrooms and all the faculty offices. They are still excellent IBM machines. Six of the old computers also went to the Abbey library.
