| Our Jr. High program is open to teams of 2-4 students
who will build a robot for and compete in the same game, Quad
Quandary,
as our high school program. The rules have been slightly modified to
allow for simpler designs appropriate for 6th - 8th grade students
making it a fun and rewarding experience for everyone.
The cost is only $100/team as the bulk of the cost has been covered
by our generous sponsors.The program
runs most Saturdays from 10AM-2PM from November – January.

To join all you
need to do is get a coach (no technical experience required), fill
out an individual
registration form for everyone on your team
and a team registration
form. Submit per the instructions
on the forms. Registration is open in October and teams start to
build in November. (Individual registrations are accepted and we
will make every effort to find a team for you. However space if very
limited and full team registrations are preferred and take precidence.)

Mount Michael sponsors a limited number of teams each year and the
$200 team entry fee not only covers the use of all hardware, software
and robotics equipment, but also covers your registration with FIRST
as well as the entry fee into the Midwest FTC Championship held at
Mount Michael February, 16th, 2008. For additional events check out

In addition to the annual Championship Event held at Mount Michael
each year our robotics program sponsors and/or helps coordinate a number
of other events during the year. Check out this year's calendar

To register for any of these events simply go to our

and do a search for events in NE. Then follow the online directions.
Please note that all our events (except for the FTC Championship
Event) are free and registration is on a first come first served
